Vision
To create a safe, educational and creative space in local low income areas to enable all students to have a place to express themselves and to reach their full potential in performance and technique through dance.

Mission
To provide structured dance classes for children and youths in the local area. We aim to install a love of dance, while inspiring self - confidence and discipline to all of our students. To reveal, nurture and create opportunities for our students. Our goal is to give each student the vital tools in technique and performance they need to take dance as far as they dream to take it.

Values
Passion – We love what we do, therefore we use pour heart and soul into our work, using our commitment to inspire and create a fun and energetic environment that our students love to be a part of.
Creativity – We push boundaries, we believe that by providing opportunities to express themselves dancers will achieve their full potential. We always aim to deliver a 5 star service.
Inclusivity/Diversity – We are for everyone, we recognise and respecting individual students needs, we offer a wide variety of class genres and types. We strive to help all of our students be the best they can be
Integrity – We are always fair, we value honest relationships with not only our students but also their parents, valuing feedback. We equally learn from success as we do failure.
